Some of my favorite moments happen when I'm gathered with family.
I can picture Christmas in the mountains at my parents' house. The house is warm, something delicious is baking in the kitchen, and a football game is playing in the background. Some family members are preparing food while others are setting up tables and chairs. Conversations and laughter fill the rooms.
And sometimes, right in the middle of all that activity, I consciously shift my awareness.
It's almost as though time slows down. I'm still part of the gathering, but I'm also observing the scene unfolding around me.
I can feel something beneath all the activity.
A warmth. A sense of safety and belonging. Love, joy, gratitude, and connection.
And what's interesting is that nobody has to be doing anything special for that feeling to exist. We could all be sitting quietly watching a movie, and I would still sense that underlying current of connection.
For a long time, we might associate that feeling with a particular place. Perhaps it's the family home where we've gathered for years.
But what happens when we gather somewhere else?
Maybe we're in a rental home along the coast. The surroundings are different, and perhaps some family members couldn't make it while others have joined us.
Yet that familiar feeling of togetherness emerges again.
It isn't exactly the same experience, because the people and circumstances have changed. Everyone brings their own unique presence into the gathering.
But the underlying intention remains.
And that's when we begin to recognize something.
The magic was never in the house. It was in what we were creating together.
A Place That Begins Within
We usually think of a place as somewhere outside ourselves. Somewhere we need to travel to or physically enter.
But what if some of the most meaningful places we experience aren't defined by their physical location?
What if they begin within us?
I've come to understand that our connection to Source is always present. We don't have to travel somewhere to find it, and we don't need someone else to establish that connection for us.
We can simply pause, bring our awareness into our heartspace, and consciously expand our awareness toward Source.
And when we gather with others who are bringing that same intention into their experience, something beautiful becomes possible.
We can experience that connection together.
This is the understanding behind what I call The Coherence Place.
It isn't a physical location. I experience it as a shared energetic field of conscious connection, created through our individual expressions of Source and the intention we bring together.
The Coherence Place is found within, but experienced together.
Everyone Brings Their Own Connection
There's something especially important I want to share about The Coherence Place.
The Coherence Place isn't about someone else connecting you to Source. That connection has always been yours. It's an invitation to become consciously aware of your own connection and bring that awareness into a shared experience, where each of us contributes to the field we're creating together.
I don't see myself as bringing a higher power or special energy that others need to receive.
I'm participating alongside everyone else.
Each of us brings our own unique perspective, experiences, and expression of Source into the gathering.
And just as every family gathering feels a little different depending on who's there, each gathering at The Coherence Place becomes its own unique experience.
We don't have to feel the same things, visualize the same images, or experience coherence in exactly the same way.
There are no special qualifications or expectations.
You can come exactly as you are, wherever you are in your human journey.
You might be feeling joyful and grateful. Or perhaps you're going through a difficult time and simply want to experience a little peace, compassion, or connection.
All of those experiences are welcome.
We don't have to become someone different to belong. We can honor our humanity while consciously experiencing our connection to Source.
A Gathering Beyond Time and Space
There's another part of The Coherence Place that I find particularly meaningful.
In my understanding, this shared field of coherence isn't limited by physical distance or the way we ordinarily experience time.
Someone might participate in a guided Coherence Experience today, while someone else joins the same experience next week or even months later.
I envision each person contributing their own unique expression to that gathering, regardless of when or where they participate.
That's why I love saying:
At The Coherence Place, you never arrive late. Whenever you join, you are part of the gathering.
Each Coherence Experience will have its own intention.
Some gatherings will focus on Gaia, our Earth, bringing love, gratitude, and appreciation into our relationship with the planet.
Others will focus on humanity, holding intentions of compassion, acceptance, peace, and love for our collective experience.
And some will focus on the individuals who participate, creating an opportunity to experience greater awareness, connection, and compassion within our own lives.
There can be many gatherings with similar intentions, but no two experiences need to be exactly alike.
Just as every family gathering is shaped by the people who come together, each Coherence Experience is shaped by the unique contributions of those who participate.
The underlying intention remains the same: to consciously experience and share love, joy, gratitude, compassion, and coherence with Source.
An Invitation to Experience Coherence Together
Through my guided Coherence Experiences on YouTube, I'll be inviting people to explore The Coherence Place for themselves.
You don't need to understand every concept I've shared, have experience with meditation, or know exactly what you're supposed to feel.
You can begin simply by becoming aware of your own heartspace and your connection to Source.
From there, you're invited to bring your unique presence and intention into the shared experience.
And perhaps, just as I sometimes feel that beautiful underlying current of love and belonging while sitting with family, you'll begin to recognize something similar within yourself and in the experience of gathering with others.
Not because someone else has given you a connection you didn't have before.
But because you're becoming more consciously aware of the connection that has always been there.
We each bring something uniquely our own, and together we create something we can experience as one.
An Invitation to Explore
Can you remember a gathering where you felt an underlying sense of warmth, love, safety, or belonging, even when nobody was saying anything?
Have you ever experienced that same feeling of connection with people you love in a completely different location? What do you think made the experience feel familiar?
What happens when you consciously pause during a gathering and become aware of the feeling beneath the conversations and activities around you?
How does it feel to consider that your connection to Source is already yours, and that you can bring that awareness into a shared experience with others?
If you could bring your own unique intention into a gathering at The Coherence Place, what qualities would you most want to experience and contribute?
