The Coherence Place with Cherese Schultze is a public-facing name used for services provided by Transmission Professional Coaching, LLC, doing business as Sonder Nutritional Therapy (collectively, “the Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

We may receive information that you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, booking information, payment status, a general area of concern, intake responses, correspondence, and notes or summaries created in connection with a private service. You are encouraged to share only what is reasonably necessary.

We may use third-party services to operate the business, including Google Workspace, Zoom, YouTube, Setmore, and a payment processor such as Stripe or Square. When you book, pay, join a meeting, watch a video, or follow a link to one of these services, that provider may collect information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Payment card details are entered directly with the applicable payment processor. We do not intend to receive or store your full payment-card number on this website.

We may use information to provide requested services; administer bookings and payments; send confirmations, Zoom access details, summaries, and service communications; respond to questions; maintain business records; improve the website and offerings; protect the safety and integrity of the business; and meet legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations.

We will not use private-session information or a testimonial for public marketing without separate permission.

We may share information with service providers that help operate the website or deliver requested services; when you direct or authorize us to do so; when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect rights, safety, or security; or as part of a business reorganization or transfer. We do not sell personal information.

Ordinary email and internet communications may not be fully secure. If you choose email delivery for a private-session summary, you acknowledge this limitation and authorize delivery to the address you provide. Do not use email, the website, or a booking platform for emergencies or crisis support.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information and retain it only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, our recordkeeping needs, or legal obligations. No storage system or online transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Your choices

You may ask to review, correct, or delete personal information that we control, subject to information we must retain for legitimate business or legal reasons. You may also unsubscribe from optional promotional email at any time. Service-related communications may still be necessary for an active booking.

Services are intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website or our booking processes.
