Using this website and its offerings
Website Terms of Use
Updated October 16, 2026
This website offers spiritual and general-wellness information and experiences. It does not provide medical or mental-health care, results are not guaranteed, and separate consent terms apply when you book a private service.
1. Agreement and provider
By using ChereseSchultze.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. The Coherence Place with Cherese Schultze is a public-facing name used for services provided by Transmission Professional Coaching, LLC, doing business as Sonder Nutritional Therapy (the “Provider”). If you do not agree, please do not use the website or its offerings.
2. Spiritual and wellness scope
Website content and offered experiences may discuss coherence, breath, meditation, energy, the biofield, intuition, the Higher Self, personal reflection, and related spiritual or wellness ideas. These are offered for education, spiritual exploration, and general well-being—not as medical advice, diagnosis, psychotherapy, treatment, or prevention of any condition.
Nothing on this website creates a physician-patient, therapist-client, or other licensed healthcare relationship. Do not delay or replace advice or care from an appropriately qualified professional because of anything on this website or experienced in a session.
3. Emergencies and personal safety
This website and its services are not an emergency or crisis resource. Contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource when immediate assistance is needed. Never participate in breath, meditation, or coherence practices while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything requiring your full attention.
4. Eligibility and additional agreements
Services are offered only to adults age 18 and older who are legally able to agree to applicable terms. A private service requires acceptance of the Private Session Consent & Agreement. If these Terms conflict with service-specific terms, the service-specific terms control for that service.
5. Individual experiences and testimonials
Experiences vary. You may notice something meaningful, subtle, unexpected, or nothing in particular. No physical, emotional, spiritual, financial, relational, professional, or other result is promised or guaranteed. Any testimonial describes one person’s individual experience and should not be understood as a typical or guaranteed result.
6. Booking and payment
Availability, prices, timing, cancellation terms, and any refund or rescheduling rules shown during booking become part of your agreement for that service. Third-party scheduling, video, and payment platforms may also impose their own terms. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and payment information.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website’s text, recordings, videos, downloads, branding, session materials, and original methods are owned by or licensed to the Provider. They are for personal, noncommercial use only. You may not copy, record, reproduce, sell, publish, teach, distribute, or create derivative commercial materials from them without prior written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the website or an event, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, introduce harmful code, scrape or commercially exploit content, or use the website or services in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.
9. Third-party services and links
Links, embeds, and outside platforms are provided for convenience. The Provider does not control their availability, security, content, or privacy practices and is not responsible for their independent acts or omissions. Review their terms before using them.
10. Disclaimer and limitation
The website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider disclaims warranties not expressly stated and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or voluntary participation in an offering. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes and contact
We may update the website, offerings, or these Terms. Changes apply after they are posted with a revised effective date. Questions may be sent to support@chereseschultze.com.
