Private Session Consent & Agreement

1. Provider and services covered

The Coherence Place with Cherese Schultze is a public-facing name used for services provided by Transmission Professional Coaching, LLC, doing business as Sonder Nutritional Therapy (the “Provider”). This agreement covers private one-on-one coherence experiences, Personalized Higher Self–Guided Coherence Sessions, Energy Codes® Remote Sessions for adults, and Energy Codes® Remote Sessions for Animals.

2. Nature of the services

A one-on-one coherence experience is a brief live Zoom session in which Cherese holds a focused space for breath, stillness, and coherence. It does not include muscle testing, energetic investigation, a written summary, or extended discussion unless expressly stated in the booking description.

A Personalized Higher Self–Guided Coherence Session is generally performed remotely without the client present. It may include muscle testing and spiritual or bioenergetic inquiry intended to explore what appears ready to be acknowledged, released, harmonized, or brought into coherence. A written summary is provided afterward. An Energy Codes® Remote Session is a focused chart-guided energetic session using principles and charts taught through Dr. Sue Morter’s The Energy Codes® Remote Healing program. A corresponding animal session uses the animal-specific chart and may be requested only by the animal’s owner or authorized caregiver. These remote sessions do not include a phone or Zoom call and include a concise email summary. Any optional integration call is a separate reflective conversation, not counseling or treatment.

3. Spiritual and wellness scope

These services are complementary spiritual and general-wellness practices. They are not medical or veterinary care, mental-health treatment, psychotherapy, nutritional, medical, or veterinary diagnosis, or a substitute for an appropriately qualified licensed professional. Cherese does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical, mental-health, or veterinary conditions through these services.

4. Voluntary participation and personal choice

Participation is voluntary. You may identify a general area of concern or leave the session open; you do not need to provide a complete history or explain everything that has been experienced. You may decline to answer a question, pause, or end a live experience at any time. For an animal session, you confirm that you are the animal’s owner or authorized caregiver and have permission to request the session. You remain responsible for deciding what is appropriate and for seeking licensed medical, mental-health, or veterinary care when needed.

5. Experiences and results

Spiritual, intuitive, muscle-testing, and energetic observations are subjective and are offered for personal reflection rather than as objective fact or professional diagnosis. Each person’s experience is individual. No physical, emotional, spiritual, financial, relational, or other result is promised or guaranteed.

6. Health, safety, and emergencies

Do not use a private session for a human or animal emergency or crisis. Contact emergency services, an appropriate crisis resource, or a qualified veterinarian when immediate assistance is needed. Do not delay, discontinue, or alter medical, mental-health, or veterinary care, medication, or other professional advice based solely on a session or summary.

7. Privacy and records

The Provider will use reasonable care to protect intake information, correspondence, notes, and summaries, and will limit access to what is reasonably needed to operate the business. No electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure. This website and ordinary email are not secure medical-record portals, and the Provider does not represent these services as medical care governed by HIPAA.

A private session will not be recorded or used as a testimonial or teaching example without separate written permission.

8. Authorization for ordinary email

If you choose to receive a written summary by ordinary email, you understand that email may be misdirected, forwarded, accessed on a shared device, or intercepted despite reasonable precautions. You authorize the Provider to send your summary and related service communications to the email address you provide. You are responsible for providing an accurate address and protecting access to your account. You may withdraw this authorization for future emails by contacting the Provider before the summary is sent.

9. Scheduling, payment, and communication

The price, included time, intake deadline, availability, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms shown at checkout are part of this agreement. A brief clarification question may be included only when stated in the purchased service. A private session does not create an obligation for ongoing access, crisis support, or communication outside the stated service.

10. Eligibility and electronic acknowledgment

Private services may be booked only by adults who are at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. A person booking an animal session also confirms that they are the animal’s owner or authorized caregiver. By clicking Continue and completing a booking or purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Private Session Consent & Agreement and intend your electronic acknowledgment to serve as your signature.
